Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 April 2026

Sunny Court is built to be private by default. This page explains what data the app handles and what it does not.

What we collect

Nothing on our servers. Sunny Court has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers. We do not run our own backend that stores anything about you.

Data the app uses on your device

Map data

The app uses Apple Maps to display the map and standard map tiles. When the map is shown, your device communicates with Apple's map services. Apple's privacy practices apply to that data — see Apple's privacy policy.

Court data

Public tennis and padel court locations are sourced from OpenStreetMap. When you open the app, it may fetch court data over the network. Those requests do not include personal identifiers beyond what your device normally sends to public APIs (IP address, standard HTTP headers).

Children

Sunny Court does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change with it. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
