By downloading or using Sunny Court (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the app is

Sunny Court shows where the sun will be on tennis and padel courts at a given time. Court locations are sourced from public data (OpenStreetMap). Sun positions are computed from astronomical formulas based on each court's latitude, longitude, and the time you select.

Accuracy

Sunny Court is provided for informational and recreational use. Court data, court orientation, fence height, and surface type come from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Sun and shadow visualisations are estimates and do not account for trees, buildings, weather, or other obstructions that are not modelled in the app. Always rely on direct observation of the actual court before play.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to harass, mislead, or endanger others.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app, except to the extent allowed by applicable law.
• Do not redistribute or resell the app or its data without permission.

Third-party services

The app uses Apple Maps to display the map. Court data is sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors and is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL). Their respective terms apply.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or use, arising from or in connection with the app — including injuries, property damage, or other losses related to playing or attending matches based on information shown in the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page; the "Last updated" date will change with them. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
